No refund will be made once the payment is received.
'Subscriber' means the individual or organization that has subscribed to newsletters published by iData Insights.
If either there is a change in the subscriber's email address or the subscriber leaves the organization, kindly inform the 24 X 7 live helpdesk to ensure the update our records, failure to which iData Insights shall not be held responsible for the non receipt of the services and to ensure that the subscribers does not miss out on any of the issues during the tenure of the subscription, we recommend to follow the instructions on welcome note.
The orders of published reports are dispatched through courier or sent over email as requested by buyer. They should reach the subscriber within 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
For discounted payments/orders of reports prior to their publication, the dispatch will be soon after the targeted publication date. Though iData Insights strives to meet the committed publication date, we reserve the right to modify the said date keeping the subscribers duly informed.
